it is not good in the long run. it is unhealthy and will only give short term results. you will lose muscle mass and could do alot of damage to your body and organs
i would not continue to do it.
maybe consult a doctor or nutritionist and find a healthy way to lose weight.
best of luck

Unless you plan on eating 800 calories every day for the rest of your life you should stop.
Also, your losing weight because your muscle and organs are deteriorating for enery.
If ya dont stop this your going to end up with permanent damage and be put on medications that make you gain a LOT of weight.

800-900 calories a day??!! Are you kidding me? THis is bad bad bad...whoever told you this is not very smart. THe adverage calories a day is 2,000. You can go down to 1,500 but I wouldn't got past that. And 2 hours is a lot to put your body through, but if you can do it okay...I'd do at least 1 day a week of rest. I'll tell you what the secrete is, drink tons of water, seriously like 60 oz's a day (8 glasses) and the pounds fall off and it's healthy. What you are doing right now is basically starving your body and it's not getting the nutrition it needs. Whats going to happen is when you get down to your desired weight, you wont be able to keep it off easily. You need to do 1,500 a day calorie diet, excercise (eating and drinking water accounts for 80% weight loss, excercise is only 20%, got that from a nutritionist), watch proportions and drink water! YOu're doing your body more harm than good in the long run and will pay for it later in life if you don't do it better.

You shouldn't go on this diet for too long but it does work.
Breakfast: 1 slice of whole wheat bread, 2 eggwhites, a glass of skim milk
Snack: a fruit
Lunch: chicken salad
Snack: sugar free jello, fruit, and a glass of milk
Dinner: either fish or chicken, salad, and a small potato or half serving of brown rice
good luck!
