I use FitDay.com, but there are a number of other free sites.
    Here’s a sample day for me:http://www.fitday.com/fitness/PublicJour…
It also tracks calories burned and exercise (be sure to log how much you sleep each night – it makes a difference!), but these don’t show up on the public page, if you choose to make it public. There is a way to make it private also.
I have been using FitDay for a long time and it has helped me lose weight and maintain that loss.

You may want to try this website called http://hasu.com.
Fitness Regime tracks calories burnt while having buddies to motivate you. Do check it out! It’s free by the way.
There is a Track Me! function which you can plot your route and discover the est. calories burnt.
Most important of all, get your friends and families to motivate you in the portal.
    Hope this helps!
    Thanks!
