1000 Calorie / 30gm Fat Daily Diet?

Hi,
I know it isn’t the healthiest diet idea but i’d like to try this so i’m going to. I’m very inactive and plan on getting a bit more excersize also but not too much that i colapse from insufficient food. Can someone please tell me what sort of food i’d have to eat throughout the day to stay under 1000 calories and 30 grams of fat?
Greatly appreciated, just want to cut fat quickly then resume a normal diet and excersize plan.
Regards.

Broccoli is my favorite diet food because it doesn’t taste that bad, has very little calories and fills you up.
Lots of green fibrous veggies with lean proteins will be your best bet.

Either way, if you start eating 1000 calories and 30g of fat, your metabolism will drop to adjust for your food intake. You won’t lose that much weight, and even if you do, if you go back up to however many calories you were eating, you WILL gain all that weight back and most likely more. Your body will go into “starvation mode” and store all your energy as fat. It is highly unrecommended to go below 1200 calories.
This is not a shortcut to losing weight. If you really truly want to lose weight you’ll put in the effort and make time for exercising and eating right. Otherwise, it’s not gonna happen.
