best thing to do is go online to calorieking.com or buy the book at your bookstore ( i got mine at barnes and noble) it has a list of pretty much everything. the best thing to do to lose weight is what everyone is told to do but is usually ignored. Drink a lot of water, Eat healthy, and EXERCISE. eat fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, lean beef, eggs(egg whites are best)
    Here is what i eat
Breakfast- i have one of these everyday
    1) 1/2 oatmeal with 4-6 egg whites
    2) 2eggs with english muffin
    3) 2cups of corn flakes with 1/2 cup 2%milk
protien bar under 300 calories( most protien bars are worse for you than candy bars)
    Lunch
    4-6ounces of protien(chicken, fish, beef)
with veggies and whole grain bread, pasta, or rice(not too many carbs but healthy carbs are good for you!)
now you can add an apple, banana, berries or whatever fruit you enjoy just watch your calories some fruit is really high and not very filling
eventually you will get creative with it
Dinner is more protien with veggies
what i did was i went to the grocery store and looked at all the lean cuisine, smartones, and healthy choice meals, and stole meal ideas from them and cooked the food fresh myself. Seriously though read what the calorieking talks about. hope some of this helped
