Ok , now i wanna go on a diet
i was looking up calorie intake and that i should intake 2,200 calories for a diet
im gunna slim it down to 2,000 [ - 200]
then i was also researching that i can burn 1,000 calories from doing an hour of low impact aerobics , so thatll mean im intaking 1000 calories a day
how much weight will i loose
and what are some foods that are low in calorie that i can eat
dont tell me its impossible , ill do it either way , i just need some help
ok if you are taking in 2000 and burning 1000 with low impact arobics then you’ll be gaining roughly 10/35 of a pound a day you want to burn off everything plus 500+ a day so if you intake 2000 you want to burn 2500 at minimum
Lemme tell you the basics. 1 pound of fat has 3500 calories. You can do the math from there. And when you step on the scale there are a lot of things that influence your weight, like water, bone density, fat, muscle, etc. So don’t go by the scale. Instead use the mirror. Plus, u don’t burn 1000 calories by doing that. Just be patient. U’re on the right track. And foods, eat complex carbs. Look up for the examples on the internet. Eat 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism running. Remember, you also burn calories when you are digesting something. I could talk about this all day. But just lemme tell you this. Eat right and exercise well. Exercise is the key and be patient.
Have you considered diet pills that are all natural? they could help you burn more fat. One very effective pill is Belissima Sim. It’s completely ephedra free, and it enhances the body’s natural functions of body fat burning, water retention and appetite suppression. It’s also made of all natural ingredients. It is extremely unhealthy to lose weight at that speed.
You will NOT look good if you do it like that, guaranteed.
But, to answer your question, one pound of weight on your body is equal to 3500 calories.
Do it right, or you will regret it very much kid.
you can lose the weight, but i really doubt that an hour of exercise burns 1000 calories. a mile of running is like 100ish.
artichokes r really healthy mariah carey lost her weight by an artichoke diet
Hi Johnny,
I used several calculators, such as a BMR calculator and the food pyramid website, to find out how many calories a person of your age and size should eat. This already takes into account the amount of aerobics you would like to do each day. To maintain that weight, I got between 2800-3409, but since you are trying to lose weight you should cut that back by 500-1000 calories per day. That will help you lose 1 to 2 lbs of weight a week, which is a safe and healthy amount.
By the way, I also checked the amount of calories that someone would generally burn doing low impact aerobics, and at your weight the most you would probably burn in an hour is around 700 calories. If it were intense enough to burn 1000 an hour, it wouldn’t be called “low impact” anymore! That’s still really good though! Especially if you are just starting out exercising, the low impact aerobics will help you out a lot. As you lose a little and get more fit, you may want to try something more intense.
The key to losing the weight is tracking your intake and exercise. That way you can see what’s going on day to day. Most people don’t bother with this so they are not as succesful as they would like to be. I included a link to a free caorie and exercise tracker below.
There are a lot of low calorie healthy foods, such as all the vegetables you can eat, low fat yogurt and milk, string cheese, eggs, fruits (don’t go overboard on these because they have a lot of sugar- a couple pieces a day is good), lean meats such as chicken, turkey and fish. Some other great things are whole grain crackers, cereals, breads, and rice, almonds, walnuts, and tofu, but be careful about portion sizes. A normal size portion of these will be 200 or less calories, but it’s super easy to go overboard.
Just stay away from processed and/or high sugar foods foods, like lunch meats, white breads, white rice and white pastas, sodas, juices, and keep the ice cream and candy to a minimum.
Hopefully this helps! It’s great that you set a goal. You will definately be able to do it as long as you stay on track, eat healthy, and stick to your exercising.
what’s your current caloric intake and where did you get that caloric number? Most people I know at your weight are on a 1,200 and no one I know burns a thousand calories a day. Your work out if your just starting out should 30 min each day and you can start by walking in place and keeping the knees up and the elbows bent so they are close to your sides and not at your waist level. This is the routine my trainer gave me: One day cardio, walking, treadmill, aerobics of any level as long as it raises the heart level above normal then the next day hand weights. You’ll find that what you lose won’t be weight but inches then pounds but a thousand calorie burn a day is excessive and if you don’t balance correctly you won’t get the results you want. Drop the sugar and soda and switch from the regular chips to soy chips which are actually pretty good. Invest in a scale and monitor the calories you ingest and calculate how much carbs, sat fat and cholesterol your taking in as well. There are certain free sites you can join that can offer this plus offer support of group members and they offer recipes that you can print. What your trying to do is not impossible just unhealthy so I’m offering alternatives to ways and with support. Check these two out and see which of the two you like but just know that losing is weight requires work and patience and when you reach your goal you still have to maintain your weight so you won’t be able to eat everything in sight you’ll still have to watch what you eat, it’s a life style change. I hope to hear how your doing and whether or not either of these work for you. Good luck.
