Is A 1250 Calorie Diet Good While Still Being Healthy?
My calorie intake is around 1250 calories per day with a 30 minute workout on my elliptical around 4 times a week. I usually burn about 550 calories each workout. And I drink lots and lots of water and eat about a grepefruit a day. I have heard this helps speed up you metabolism. Overall is this diet a good plan while still being healthy?

That is a great plan to stick too but you might want to exercise as often as you can and eat healthy foods all the time if its perfect. But it is always hard not to have a little junk food so have some but keep it at a minimum
