Examples Of A Fiber Rich Diet Low Calorie Diet.?

Can someone tell me a good menu plan for at least 7 days for a low calorie fiber riched diet.? I am in need of finding some material on the best low calorie diet plan and on a diet riched in fiber.

    I usually stick to eating high fiber foods, which is really good for your body.
    Breakfast- have either a serving of high fiber cereal(or bran) like Kashi Go Lean or Mini Wheats, stuff that has about 5 grams of fiber. Or you can drink a fruit smoothies or eat a fruit salad. Don’t eat fruit pastries, come on it’s most likely high frutose corn syrup in there.
    Lunch-Have either fiber yogurt with a serving of almonds, peanuts or flaxseeds. Or a salad or fruit salad.
    Dinner-Have a veggie burger(or any other type of veggie meat) with a salad and maybe a baked sweet patato.
    Dessert-Anything with fruit, but make sure your not just putting mindless sugar or high frutose corn syrup in it.

    legumes: like pinto or lentil beans, check labels of other beans like kidney etc… you could make vegatarian chili High fiber low fat
    Also prunes/juice, fiberone, and all bran …high fiber low cal
