im a 15 year old girl and im doing a 1000 calorie per day diet.. ive been doing it for 8 days and have lost 7 pounds so far but most of it has been water but in the next few weeks i should start losing inches.. make sure that the calories you eat though are not to high in fat for example dont eat a pizza.. and then eat nothing else for the whole day cause youve already had 900 calories.. eat lots of fresh food and steamed veggies
    hoped i help!!
oh also i have not exercised at all i have just been doing some toning .. for my legs and stuff so i wont lose muscle

You don’t give enough information. Your weight, your height etc.. Personally, 900 calories is far to low for anyone. Try smaller meals 5-6 times a day.. so you remain a little hungry.. but eat most of your carbo’s before 5pm. lean protein too. No fast foods, maybe once a month..but no fries, shakes, candy bars or soda’s..

yes, if you each 900 calories a day for the rest of the week you will be seeing results, because you can only eat 2,000 calories a day so 900 will get you the shape.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://get-slender.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

No way! That’s like eating 1,100 less calories in a day. If an average female eats 2,100 calories in a day then they will gain a lb. Try eating 1,400.

900 is a bit low, you might have cravings, I would shoot for 1200 per day min, then do more cardio.

no its not ok. you need to eat at least 1200 calories to lose weight. if you eat less your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto everything you eat. that seems to be a lot of weight you want to lose. do you actually need to lose that much? if you actually do you need to get a doctors advice and a dietician to help you along the way.

the average person needs about 2,000 calories a day.
and by the way just by limiting the amount of calories you take in a day, you won’t lose weight.
You should limit your junk food and eat morr vegtables and fruits. and drink tons of water. you also need to stay active.
Go out for a jog, or go biking or something.
Limiting your calories WILL NOT make you lose weight.
you need calories, you need to limit your fats, sugars, and salts.

900 is very low. It depends how old you are, what sex and how much excersise you do. Go to the website below and go to my pyramid plan. It will tell you a healty diet. If you want to lose weight do a little bit less than what it says.

If you exercise and your 900 calories come from Fruits and veggies & lean protein you will lose weight. Not permanently though. 900 cals is not enough and should not be done for more than a week or two.
May I suggest you eat more healthy (as many fruits and veggies as you want more protein and less carbs) and get a personal trainer to push you towards optimal fitness. I must be motivated and dieting just doesn’t cut it for me.
I love to eat whatever I want whenever I want as long as I know I am working out with enough intensity to burn the calories I consume over 1200.
I try to never go under 1200 cals in fear of slowing down my metabolism.
Good luck and happy new year!
