What’s A Good Diet Menu For An Underweight 15 Y.o Teenager?

I am an underweight – I really want to gain weight at least 2 pounds every week. From the web pages I’ve read they said I needed an underweight diet.
My height is 167 and my weight is only 105 lbs (48 kg). This is obviously not ideal. Is there anybody who can provide a quick menu for me?

    Eat lots of vegetables and fruit. also eat some meat and..exercise. Also, have the timing of your meal set, so everyday you at the same time. Eat more but not too much and I will repeat again – exercise so the additional food becomes muscles not fat.

    There are way too many things to choose from.
    Just make sure you take in more than you burn..
    By healthy natural Calories. ( fruit, Protein, Veggies )
    Not empty ones you’d find in chips and ice creme!

    If you are eating a balanced diet & otherwise healthy, enjoy it while you can. you’ll start gaining when you’re about 21 yrs.

    start exercising… muscles weight more than fat, also your body will become more toned ;]
