Can I Substitute A Whole Pizza In My Daily Diet And Not Eat Anything Else After That? Good Idea?

I plan on ordering pizza today and I’m on a diet. It’s been 9 months and 30 pounds later I’m doing just fine. I wanted to know is that a good idea eat pizza maybe 1800 calories and not eat anything else. That would keep me in my calorie restrictions. I might add I will burn 1000 calories after I eat later today. Does my plan workout?

    No, bad Idea. That will just slow down you rmetabolizm. You r body will store everything and turn it into fat to sustain you. It’s never a good idea to eat on large meal and not eat the rest of the day, especially something so fatfull like pizza.

    I wouldn’t eat it all at once! That would slow your metabolism down tremendously, and work against you.
    Eat 1-2 slices for breakfast (to get metabolism going), eat alot at lunch (while metabolism is active), then warm up a few slices for dinner (get the metabolism going again before bed)
    Otherwise, if it’s really only 1800 calories, you’ll still be getting alot of fat, but that should be safe. I wanna know where you get a 1800 calorie pizza! Many that I’ve looked up can be 2500-3000 calories.

    You can have your pizza and eat afterward as well. One single day of extra calories will not harm you. I suggest going half cheese on the pizza and possibly getting lots of veggies (unless you just couldn’t enjoy it that way). If you are hungry later eat a filling but lower calorie meal or snack. Sometimes a boost in calorie intake can encourage your body to burn calories more efficiently as it thinks food is plentiful. Sounds like you are doing excellent in your diet and exercise plan. Enjoy your splurge today.

    If you don’t make a habit of it, and you are otherwise maintaining a good plan of diet and exercise, one binge shouldn’t hurt. It may even help, since you won’t feel as if your regular diet plan is so very restricting.

    Those are bad calories! That is a terrible idea. Don’t add those 30 pounds back that you worked so hard to lose by eating pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
