I can’t seem to find any websites with good (and free) menu plans. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    hmm…
If you are flexible, then you could eat as much as you want the nhave some fruit (plums?) that are high in fiber (worked with me today lol).
    OR
    http://www.vegweb.com
personal trainer: cooking (DS game) tells you how many calories are in everything and how to cook it (not advertising, just saying)
as for the website, it has plenty of recipes that are organic because they are vegan, so LESS CALORIES!
Just stick to the 3 meal a day thing
    OR
the 5 SMALL meals a day to increase your metabolism to lose weight
    GL!

    Breakfast:
-Two fried eggs and a small amount of cheese is is about 240 calories
-Two fried egg whites and a small amount of cheese is roughly 130 calories.
-A cup of cheerios with a half cup of low fat milk is around 165 calories.
-The same cheerios with a half cup of soy milk is ~150 calories.
    Lunch/Snacks:
-A green salad with light Italian dressing is about 45 calories.
-A peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread is an average of 270 calories (it varies on what type of peanut butter and flavor of jelly you use)
-A tofurky sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and light mayo on whole wheat is around 316 calories.
    Dinner:
-A veggie burger with lettuce instead of a bun topped with one slice of cheese is +/- 190 calories
-Vegetarian lasagna (just like regular lasagna just without meat) is around 230 calories.
    Just a few options
    Hope I helped:]
