Im On A Diet, But It Feels Like I Have To Eat So Much! (plz Help)?
i go on a calorie counter to make sure i eat enough calories because recently my body went into starvation mode (i did not mean for that to happen, i ate healthy and small amounts at a time, i was only getting 500-900 calories a day)
i exercise for at least 40 minutes a day and im 5′6 125 pounds. my calorie intake should be 2200 lol (im NO where near that)
it feels like i have to keep adding food to my deit because its not enough! it feels like i have to eat so much though! im only at 1091 calories today! this is what im eating…
breakfast : cheerios cereal with a little bit of 2% milk (all i have) and 3 strawberrries
snack: 9 baby carrots
lunch: apple
snack: natural apple sauce and a spoonful of natrual peanutbutter
dinner: 1 egg and 2 eggwhites, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread with butter. some brocli
later: 2 bowls of special kay fruit and yogurt with a little bit of 2% milk.
it sounds like a lot!! like i feel so fat eating that! but its only 1091 calories and i need 2200 to maintain my weight!
(im on a diet so i should really go for 1500, expeciallly with me exercising every day)
am i eating to much?

well sticking to a diet is a big step like lipo, but takes more hard work and sacrafice, you’ll need to work hard to keep it up, just stick to your plan and don’t change for NOThing thats all he advice i cn give besides you takin diet pills which is a bad idea
are you sure you have to eat that much calories. just eat at an amount thats is comfortable.
well same thing happened to me so i ate things with calories over 150
after all that execise then just go back and eat something you like that has calories in it and then you should be good
well if Im 6′2 176 and Im eating 2200 for MY diet, what do you think?
you should not be on a diet you should want to develop a good eating plan.
you should cut back on your exercising as well, only three times a week

try this
breakfast : cheerios cereal with 2% milk about a half a cup (all i have) and 3 strawberries and a banana (at least a half)
snack: apple and a handful of cheese crackers
lunch: 6 baby carrots in a salad (romaine lettuce and sun dried tomatoes) with low fat cheese, croutons and light salad dressing FILL THE BOWL and a sandwich on whole wheat (one piece of bread with meat or pb&j folded)
snack: fruit salad in a cereal bowl
dinner: brown rice and broccoli, carrots and spinach, and grilled chicken breast no skin or bone
later: 1 bowl of special kay fruit and yogurt with a little bit of 2% milk.
be sure to drink enough milk and water (2-3 glasses and 6-10 glasses respectively).
