Diet Of 1500 Calories?
So i asked about how to successfully go on a diet and i got a number of responses that said if i go on a 1300-1500 calorie diet and regular exercise, then i would definitely lose weight! however, how would i know how much calories are in my food if i go to a restaurant with friends or family? its not as if the put the nutritional facts on their menu, so how can i still maintain this sort of diet if i dont always have access to the amount of calories in the food? I know i shouldn’t eat a hamburger or anything like that but it gets hard to eat a salad every time and watch everyone else enjoy their pasta and steak with coke for a drink. I just want to be successful at this? any tips? what kinds of foods at restaurants are acceptable to eat and which ones should i eat once in a while?

You may be able find a website that tracks your calories for you.
You should research how many calories in foods that you get frequently and just estimate it from there.
Stay away from fried foods and desserts that are in large portions. If you are eating salads, watch out for the dressing. A lot of restaurants give you way too much food. I would avoid eating out or going only 1 or 2 times a week.
