		<description>please don&#039;t just eat 680 calories a day its too dangerous im recovering from anorexia and was liveing on about 500 calories a day not much less that what you would be having just do it the healthy way and exercise or cut out fatty foods like chocolate and crisps but theres no way you can live of 680 calories a day with out starving your self theres other ways to do it please please please don&#039;t starve your self because also if your on just 680 calories a day you wont have the energy to play basketball</description>

		<description>the least recommended daily caloric intake ranges from 1200-1800 kcal per day. you are only 15 years old and you shouldnt be pressured to lose that much weight. you are athletic and you need as much energy as you can get to play the game.
