Breakfast -plain piece of Sara lee toast and a fiber one oats&chocolate granalo bar-total calories:200 calories
Lunch- 1.5 cup of salad with light italian dressing-80 calories
    Snack-quacker oats granola bites-90 calories
Dinner-3/4 cu p of teyraki noodles with a side of white bread-440 calories
    Dessert-some fruit. Ex:apples,oranges,grapes-250 calories
    That comes to 1,060 calories
Since this diet is under 1,200…
    Do not exercise as much.

Fresh fruit for breakfast, healthy sandwich or salad for lunch (i.e. sandwiches and salads not packed with mayo etc) and a piece of fruit and a dinner of fish or lean meat with salad or veg. Works for me.
