Any Nutritional Difference Between Boiled And Scrambled Eggs?

So my boyfriend has to go on a mandatory crash diet to lose weight quickly and I was looking over the meal plans listed for him.
For breakfast, the menu includes a boiled egg, but he doesn’t like boiled eggs.
My question is if I replaced the boiled egg with a plain scrambled egg (no salt, pepper, milk, and a quick spritz of no-calorie cooking spray on the pan) would it be the same?
Logically, I think it would have to, it’s all the same components just cooked in a different way. But, I don’t want to risk there being some sort of compositional or nutritional change because he MUST lose a lot of weight quickly.
Please don’t offer different diets, it really isn’t an option.
And if you can include a source in your answer I would really appreciate it.

A hard-boiled egg contains: 77 calories, 48 of which are from fat. 6 grams of high-quality protein. About 71% of the DV for cholesterol. All of the fat and cholesterol are located in the yolk.
A scrambled egg will be the same if you use a no-calorie cooking spray. Usually they have a higher calorie content, around 100 calories, because people use oil or butter to coat the pan. If you use a spray it won’t change the caloric content and it’s doubtful any of the micro-nutrition would change either. It’s easier to separate the hard-boiled yolk from the white, but you can separate the yolk from the egg white before you whisk it and put it in the pan if you like.

I know that frying changes the molecular structure of foods. I think it would be very different than the hard boiled method. Also the spritz of your cooking spray I have read, is meant to be one third of a second. I have never done that with cooking spray. The way to go with less calories , to me, is the hard boiled way. Good luck!

oh so many scrambled eggs you would have to add in the yolk in order for it to work whereas boiled you can take out the yolk and eat it saving yourself alot of calories and cholesterol. Also to make them scrambled you need cooking oil and boiled you dont so imagine another several 100 calories added. these are just some so yeah try this out. good luck hope this helps

lose the yolk, that has fat and cholesteral. Do some exercise too. Also, eating for a crash diet doesn’t have to be enjoyable. it’s just necessary to do.
