I Want To Eat Vegetable Soup And Lean Protein Indefinetely… Will This Be Counter Productive?

I used a can of chicken broth, 2 carrots, a stalk of celery, and some crushed garlic (and a little pepper and oregano) to make a veggie soup. It tasted fine and I know it’s low calorie… and I want to mix that with lean protein like talapia, salmon, tuna, and chicken… (and other veggies like spinach, broccoli, and onions and things) to eat every day.
Here’s the deal. I know that in order to effectively lose weight (and I am exercising, so I need energy to do that) I need to have at least 1200-1400 calories a day. I don’t want to starve (even if i did want to i don’t have the will power lol) But I don’t know if the veggie soup and my fish and chicken stuff will have enough calories to effectively sustain me. (also chicken broth is SO high in sodium. bleh)
What does my veggie soup/lean protein diet look like to u? any good?

The vegetable soup ,you can make with lipton onion soup mix ,that way it’s not high in sodium.Water, soup mix and veggies.I use lots of carrots, celery, cabbage and a can of tomatos. I make enough to eat on for the week.I would add fruits and more protein.(protein size of a deck of cards) three times a day.
I think it sounds good.Thats basicly what I now eat.
