It sometimes can take more than 2 weeks to lose weight. For me, it took a month to start seeing results, and I didn't lose weight at first. I first gained muscle. Because when we work out, our body takes our fat to use as "quick energy" and burns it, leaving muscle. It's like the old saying "Muscle weighs more than fat"....You are probably just losing fat, but gaining muscle, therefore staying the same weight.....and as for weight....I personally never go by the numbers I see on a scale. I go by what I see....If I am 200 ibs, toned, and looking good, then I could care less what I weigh. I just like my body to look fit, rather than viewing numbers on a scale as my motivation. And as for exercising and eating right. You seem like you are doing great. Sometimes genetically people lose weight quicker than others, and that is not your fault. You just need to hang in there because you have already taken one huge admirable step in changing your life. Good for you! I promise you, do not get discouraged, you will see results.

You sound like you are gaining a little tone and muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. Don't stress too much about the numbers on the scale, just continue to eat right and exercise! :)

You aren't eating enough. You should eat at least 1200 calories a day. Anything lower than that, and your body will hold on to the weight because it thinks it's starving. Increase your calorie intake. Also, be sure you're drinking enough water.

you are probably gaining a bit of muscle mass in all that working out, which weighs more than fat does.
Also you are not getting nearly enough calories for the amount you are working out, so your body won't let go of the fat you have because it thinks you are starving and is going into survival mode. More good calories, lots of water and this routine and you'll see better results.

First off you're not eating enough. Because you have reduced you calorie intake to very low levels your body has more than likely gone into 'survival mode'.
This means that instead of burning fat your body is actually storing it because it naturally senses, what it thinks is a famine approaching.
As not enough calories are coming in your body needs to store as much fat as it can for energy from the small amount of calories your are eating.
I'd also say relax a bit more. From what you have said it seems that you are maybe too eager to lose weight and getting a little stressed about it?
If you are stressed your body acts in exactly the same way as 'starving yourself' it will store fat.
Hope this helps,
Rich
