So Thats How People Eat So Many Calories!?
When I’m attempting to eat healthy I can barely manage 1000 calories. Not because I’m starving myself, but because I’ve done nothing but EAT all day haha.
But today, I was busy and ate Burger King for dinner. I entered it into my calorie counter…
My “Healthy” breakfast, lunch, and snack ….. Only totaled 273 Calories
Creepy isn’t it??? (This included Veggies, Soups w/ chicken & onions, and carrots & celery)
My Dinner of a Medium French Fri – shared, and a Whopper Jr consisted of 780 calories!!!!
That’s like double what I ate ALL DAY…
I know people said fast food is bad, but until I compared it like this I would have never guessed it was THAT bad.
Has anyone else had shocking discoveries while dieting?
I know, it’s disgusting…. i was revolted by McDonalds new “Angus Burger” – which holds a whopping 640 calories if added with cheese and bacon…. 33 g of fat that is over the amount of fat we should consume in 2 whole days…. i think they are trying to kill us. I’m not obese, i’m not skinny, i’m NORMAL and now i have started to panic… what’s going on in the world of fast food today? It’s worse than a BIG MAC and we thought we could get no worse…..

all fast food is loaded with fats and sugars, the things that taste good.
there is a lot of stuff even the healthy stuff if you dont read the labels you dont realize how really really bad it is..
and Burger King’s burgers are probably the best because they cook them over a flame. I bet the other biggies McD’s , Jack in the Box, etc…are worse.
