What Should I Do?

i sound like a total calorie counter and weight loss junkie, but I went to coldstone creamery the other day for a concert, and I ordered the oh! fudge shake in the smallest size. well i went online today just to see what the nutritional info is, and it was 1300 calories and 70 grams of fat!!!!! I’m not dieting or anything and not overweight, but thats like a day’s worth of calories to me! I honestly don’t know what to do right now because i am in so much shock! i feel gross!! what should I do besides never eat there again?

stop worrying about it. if your never going to eat one again you will be fine. To eat one fatty thing will not hurt you. to make you feel better you can exercise and drink lots of water. best of luck

For starters try cooking as many of your meals as possible at home, that way you have more control of what goes in them.
A simple alternative to the shake: chocolate milk.
I don’t suggest worrying so much about calorie intake; you’ll drive yourself nuts. Instead, control your portion size. A portion is roughly the size of your clenched fist. Eat smaller meals more frequently (5-6) is ideal, and you’ll be less likely to binge.
