I don&#039;t suggest worrying so much about calorie intake; you&#039;ll drive yourself nuts.  Instead, control your portion size.  A portion is roughly the size of your clenched fist.  Eat smaller meals more frequently (5-6) is ideal, and you&#039;ll be less likely to binge.</description>
