Would You Buy Alli Pills To Help Lose Them Few Pounds?

I am thinking of buying the alli sliming pill even though i only need to lose 7lbs. Yes that may seem easy but i am exercising calorie controlled diet but the weight is not coming off, so the pills can help move things along. I am thinking of buying them online from boots.com as you need to prove u obese for you to be able to buy them over the counter. Please don’t tell me pils don’t work, i know it is a practical solution but something to help. Have u tried them?

If you give into temptation & have that chocolate bar, the Alli pills will give you diarrhea, no matter where you are…not a nice experience I’d imagine. Maybe look into different types of pills that maybe just supress your appetite?
    Good luck!

my doctor prescribed xenical orlistat which i think is the same thing, or very similar. they do work if you have extra weight to loose, 30% of the fat you eat doesn’t get absorbed but there are side effects! terrible diarrhoea and if you eat anything with a high amount of saturated fat its not nice! my tablets turn the unabsorbed fat orange which doesn’t just come out when you go to the toilet, it just comes out! if you only have 7lb to loose i wouldn’t recommend them, there are nicer and healthier ways to loose the weight without the bad tummy aches and toilet problems! they are not going to do the work for you either but they will encourage you not to eat anything high in fat (due to the repercussions) i have just started drinking more water (at least 2L a day) try taking a diet were you eat no more than 5% of the calories you eat being made up of saturated fat (this is what you will have to do anyway on orlistat and i would think you could easily loose 7lb without the tablets
    good luck!

I have used every diet known to man but nothing worked as well as acai berry. I understand they say that pills don’t work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they have been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too. There’s a free trial happening at the moment at http://fitens.starcraftiiforum.com , why not check it out, what have you got to lose?

Would you want to take the risks of a diet pill to lose just 7lbs? 7lbs is really NOT that hard to lose.

I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs
    Google fruit fast
A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….
    THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE
You got the change the way you think and feel about food
TRY THIS, and stick to it.
The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time
    Fruits and Veggies
Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.
Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don’t eat it
    NO white BREAD or SUGAR
NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories
    NO FRIED FOOD…
    Stay away from FAST FOOD
NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………
Write down every thing you eat
    take a multivitamin at night

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Negative Calorie Foods

The phrase, "negative calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained in the food.
