keep up your exercise & get a bit healthier menu – lose the protein bar & doritos & add some lean chicken and/or fish & green veggies (like spinach, broccoli, etc) & fyi, onions & peppers help cut fat – 7 lbs in just 2 weeks is alot of weight – give yourself a more realistic & healthier goal, like 4 weeks to 8 weeks (it’ll probably stay off longer too)- also, try to drink between 6 & 8 glasses of clean water everyday

yes it should but it isnt really heathy to lose that much weight in only two weeks. about 2 or 3 pounds a week is a better way to go it. it might take you a little longer but you’ll be doing it the right way. a friend of mine died because she lost to much weight too fast her body started to shut down. so please be heathy

i wouldnt reccomend eating doritos…substitite sum low fat crackers or sumthin, ur too young to be losing weight that fast anyway…if you have to…aim for 2 lbs a week…ur diet actuallly sounds pretty solid…make sure you get adequete nutrition with every meal…i would even break it down to 4 smaller meals a day….it should work….remember…if calories out, is greater than calories in…u should lose weight.

Here’s a better idea, think about this, why do you want to be a bag of bones?
At 5′3 and 110 lbs, you are NOT fat or anywhere close to it. You have a definite issue with seeing the REAL body. Stand in front of a full length mirror and really look at the wonderful body you have.
    But if you INSIST…
Special K cereal. One bowl in the morning followed by a small container of yogurt
Lunch: small can of tuna or other like meat with crackers (4) followed by a small container of yogurt.
Dinner: skinless chicken or fish (broiled), green beans (all you can eat too) , brocoli, spinach, no bread, no potatoes and definitely NO CORN!!! NO PEANUT BUTTER
Dessert, small container of yogurt or jello. Trust me, I lost 60 lbs eating the above in 3 months. It works and it’s good for you. The yogurt helps clean the bad bacteria from your body and gives you vitamins.

That is unhealthy! You should not lose more than 2 pounds per week. If you do, you are losing bone mass, not fat!!! Besides, honestly, your weight is fine. Why do you want to get down to 110 or 115? Weight doesn’t matter. If you are healthy, then that is good. To lose weight in a healthy manner, cut your calorie intake by 500 calories per day and work out to burn 500 calories per day. And that’s actually the recommendation for adults. At 13 almost 14, your body is going through a lot of changes, and losing even 2 pounds per week (especially through cutting calorie intake) can be dangerous. If you are really concerned about your weight, talk to your doctor.
