What Is The Suggested Daily Intake Of Carbs,cals, And Fats?

What is the suggested daily carbohydrate, calorie and fat gram intake for a teenage girl?
I know i eat way to many pastas, potatoes, breads, and such,im trying to eat healthier and balance out my diet,(with exercise as well) but now im not sure what the normal is…
thanks!
(i have low blood sugar, so im not looking to lower my sugars, so i need a food high in sugar, but low else where……suggestions?)
