Ok well my close friend is having an eating disorder, and ye sim going to talk to a doctor about it, but my question is this. She eats less than half of her daily calorie intake, and its only five 100 calories packs a day(ok more like a third).

i;ve heard that if you go on straight out low calorie diets, they don;t work because your body gets used to the low calorie intake, so i was wondering….

I’ve recently gone from a 2500 calorie diet, down to a 1900-1500 calorie diet,
I am 18, 5′4 and weigh 244.
I stopped drinking Soda and went from 250 to 244 in 2 weeks
What are the positive and negative aspects of lowering my calorie intake?
