For Weight Loss, Which Is More Important- Low Calorie Or Low Fat?
I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately and have been tracking calories. My calorie intake is higher now than before, and I’ve noticed that the calories are coming from foods like yogurt and fruit. Also, I don’t get full, so I end up eating a lot more food= more calories. So even though I’m eating a healthier diet, it seems like I won’t lose weight. Please help me figure this out!
just stick to your reccomeneded calorie allowance per day and try sray away from most fats like saturated fats.
read this lonk i’ve just found for you and all you need to know bout good and bad fats etc are in here.
Unfortunately there is no right answer. It depends on your individual body. Some lose with low calorie, some lose with low fat and others lose with low carbohydrate (Atkins or South Beach). Activity and or exercise may also be a key to losing weight. I lost weight by cutting out most dairy products, especially milk and ate lots of green vegetables, pretty much low fat. My son lost with low carbohydrates, Atkins that has lots of fat. Statistics show that men seem to be able to lose weight easier than women, and age makes a difference in losing weight. So in my opinion, it is what ever works for you. You may want to try a different diet and see what happens.
low fat. I never count calories, only watch fat intake and I got very thin this way. i eat a lot too, usually several meals a day n snacks. i went from pants size 9 to size 1 from watching fat n exercise,
