I Do Cardio Excercise 4 2 H/r, Have 1200 Calorie Intake & Do 1000 Situps Each Day How Long 2 Get Noticable Abs
I am 13 years of age weighing 100 pounds. I was just wondering how long would it take to get a six pack or noticeable abs if i did the plank for 10 minutes each day, 1000, sit ups, 300 curls, limit my diet to 1200 calories and do cardio excercise for 2 hours each day.
not that long id say 12 weeks maybe.
