Adderall, 1000 Calorie Diet, And Gym?

So I have now been back on Adderall for about six months. I take 25mg /day and it is the extended release. I eat usually two or three times a day anything from pizza to ice cream, but have decided to try more of a healthy lifestyle the only problem is as most people know adderall is an appetite suppressant and I just cant get anymore than 900 calories if I’m lucky. Before going on fruits vegetables and fish, I still went form 223 lbs and 6 feet tall in June to 158 lbs and that was with no exercise just call center work and still was upwards of 2-2500 calories a day. So I guess my question is with the adderall and 900 to 1200 calories a day and also burning around 600 calories with cardio workout a day will I be able to sustain my health?

A new study just came out saying consumption of less than 1,000 calories a day is now considered anorexia. At the VERY least I would eat 1200 calories a day.
Plain and simple though, if you eat healthy and practice healthy habits, you’ll be healthy!
