What Is The Calorie Intake For Me?
I’m a male and I’m 17 this year. Recently I found out that I’m not eating right and I rapidly started to put on weight over the past 6 months or so. I’m over a 140 kilos now. So I decided to put on a new plan for the next 6 months till I lose at least half of my weight. What I need now is a simple diet plan that you can share with me and some exercises that I can do for body shaping rather than the treadmill which I often go thrice a week since 15.
im no dietitian, but you should have no more than 2500 calories but no less than 1500 on a diet
id scale it down over time, rapid changes to the body even at a young age can be very harmful
a few simple changes:
more water and less sugary drinks, exchanging pop and juice for diet soda and flavored water even makes a big difference
get the double cheeseburger instead of the whopper if you go to mcdonalds
less ice cream and candy and more fruit, i love my chocolate but id rather have a fresh juicy pear or somethin
a gradually increasing fiber intake over about 2 weeks
breakfast every day (kick starts your metabolism in the morning)
^^those dont even take any time and they could make a huge difference when added together
I am sorry for saying that but how on earth you can eat that much and have so little activity to put that much weight on, Unless you have a medical issue like under active thyroid or type 2 diabetes, how irresponsible is that to put your body through such a hell.
Honey, go to your GP and get a full blood test to check your hormones and so one to see if you have a medical problem, If not get your A** together and change your life, you are only 17 for Goodness sake and you must be on your peak of activities.
