What’s A Good Weight Loss Idea For Teens?

I’m 13, 5′7 and about 110 pounds.
I want to model when I’m 15 and have grown a little more (my mom and dad are 5′10 and 6 feet, respectively) but I want to lose 10 pounds first. I exercise 1 hour a day, including strength training.
What’s a good diet? Or calorie intake?

    Do some running. I ran cross country (3 or 4 miles a day) and I got really thin pretty quickly. Also, try not to eat too many sweets or too much junk food and take vitamins daily. Hope that helps.

    look i know all models these days are really REALLY skinny but your at an unhealthy weight. i found out your BMI and your 17.2. ok so it isn’t that unhealthy but i really think you should gain a little weight.
    Underweight = <18.5
    Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
    Overweight = 25-29.9
    Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
