I’m 26 years old, 5 feet 3 inches, my start weight is 118.8 lbs.
I usually eat about 1800-2200 calories a day, but I walk my dog a lot so I always stay about 118 lbs.

could you eat nothing but fatty foods as long as you remain just under the recommended daily calorie intake everyday and still lose weight? for example eating 4 meals at around 500 calories a day as long as you stay undr 2500 calories a day?

i’ve been out of work and have found that i have gained a lot of weight. I love food though and i’m cutting way back on my calorie intake. but it’s hard to stay on my diet when i’m always hungry.

I went from a 1000 calorie diet last year to 700 calories mid-year 2008 and I’ve stopped my periods until now. I’m really scared and I wanna get rid of the fat on my tummy with a really effective and helpful exercise. How many cals should I consume daily to get my periods back ?
