How Long Does It Take For The 6 Meal A Day Diet To Kick In?
I have been on this diet for two weeks with a daily intake of 1500 calories a day. I go to the gym every other day and do cardio for 45min. I weighted myself this morning and rather than losing weight I have gained 4pounds. OMG
muscle weighs more than fat, u may have gained lean muscle mass
the best way to monitor ur progress is through bodyfat testing done at ur gym, the scale wont tell u anything
and make sure ur calorie expenditure is greater than ur intake
