What Do You Think Of This Diet?

Hi Guys,
Was just looking for someone elses opinion on this diet?
I am trying to lose a few pounds for holidays in one month and am trying the following:
eating 5 small healthy meals per day
drinking plenty of water
walking 30 mins per day
using the muscle tone exercises on the wii fit 30 mins per day also
My calorie intake should be around 1500 less the calories burned through exercise??
What do you think??

i think that sounds perfect and do able :) don’t be scared to take a day of of excercise in the week if your legs started hurting you, unless you are used to this amount of excercise everyday you could strain something. i made the mistake of leaping into a big diet plan with hour gym a day and ended up breaking down lol
good luck :) and i am sure you will shift those lbs x x

Sounds like a great diet to me, so long as the meals are small and you get enough fruit and veg (snack on fruit for energy). Also, do NOT swap walking for running, running is bad for you in so many ways, although it does burn more calories, you can damage your joints severely. The walking with the wii fit exercise every day will easily be enough. I hope it works for you!

I’ve been taking acai berry, and I highly recommend it. It will only work when combined with a low fat/low calorie diet & increased exercise.
So this is how I did it:
    1. I found out how many calories it took to maintain my weight by counting every calorie I took in and weighing myself for a full week. I did this till I saw that I had not lost or gained a pound, and took the number of calories as how much it takes to maintain my weight.
    2. Reduced that number of calorie intake from that day forward. Cut out soda. This includes diet sodas. They’re the devil.
    3. Light workout 2 – 3 times a week. Start slowly and work up until it becomes a part of your life, like brushing your teeth or getting a haircut.
    4. Taking acai berry everyday.
I got my acai extract from http://acaiberryslim.has.it/ – I get a bottle with free shipping, and don’t have to deal with those free trial scams that end up charging huge amounts every month. Don’t need that!
    I Hope this advise helps.

Yeh sounds good though maybe swap the walking for running, cycling or swimming? You could also try 15 mins walking 15 mins running. Also make sure you are definitely getting a balance of fruit/veg, protein carbs etc. Good luck.

Depending on your physical fitness and ability i would swap the walking with running, also i havn’t used a wii fit before so i couldnt comment if its good for a workout.
