What Is The Alli Diet Plan?

Just wondering what type of plan they recommend – foods, calorie intake – carb and fat intake.
For all of you that HAVE to put your “word” in about diets, pills, or whatever, good for you, butnot interested. Thanks!

do not go near it!! im a dieter too so im not giving you that crap about its unhealthy, yadda yadda, but seriously dont touch it! you wont be able to control your bodily functions and you will be going all day long. a woman at work took it and was out of the office for nearly a week. unless you want to wear adult diapers or are a stay at home mom and that is an option for you, i wouldnt reccomend it. please take my advice, youll be glad you did..good luck!

they recomend no more than 10 grams of fat per meal. this is the main problem. alli blocks some of the fat you eat. dont be surprised when you have oily poop dripping down your leg.

I would love to give you some advice on this but am completely against any form of diet pill. I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist and really believe that eating properly, taking the correct supplements and with the right exercise you can achieve the body you want.
    Good luck.

Well, doesn’t sound like you’re really interested in actual info and facts about Alli, but in case you change your mind, you might want to read this before you run out and spend your money:http://www.thetruthaboutdiets.com/2007/0…
