Which Would Be The Better Option?

Hellooo :]. Okay, so i’m trying to self recover from Anorexia after a 4 year battle with it. For the past two weeks i have increased my daily diet by eating breakfast, and an afternoon snack. [ i know it's not much but i'm trying to go at a slow pace].
however. This week i want to step it up and start to eat lunch. I just don’t know if i should start off with just like..a 100 calorie pack, or an apple, or a protein bar, or an actual sand which. If i eat the sand which, will i notice a large amount of weight gain? I am doing Track, so i do have physical activity throughout the day so that i can burn some fat off.
also. If i was anorexic with bulimic tendencies [ i ate a lot then threw it all up], would sticking to a healthy diet actually help me lose more weight in the process?
thanks!

if you want to go slow i would go for the apple or the 100 cal pack. but if you are doin activities like track i would go for the protein bar especially if its long distance one protein bar can last a long time. the 100 cal pack will probably have more sugar than the apple which is bad because those are just empty calories the apple has at least a lil bit o protein. Yes, sticking too the diet will help you loose weight but you need more vegies than anything else thats very important but make sure to get your protien or else your body will store as much fat as it can because it doesnt have any protein to break down. good luck!!
