		<description>okayy so first off.. this is the diet ive been doingg and its working great(:
first.. keep up w/ the veggie and fruits deal.X]
second.. don&#039;t eat JUST breakfast, lunch and dinner! eat 6 times a day! don&#039;t make your self stuffed like your going to explode.. but eat tell you feel satisfied and not hungry.. because when you are hungry (it is a proven fact) that your body takes away from the muscle and stores fat! so when yrr hungry get out a protein bar or something! 
third.. when you can find the time (probably early in the morning) take a walk! but you must keep moving furr at least an HOUR!! this consistency will definitely help you! 
and finally.. don&#039;tt expect results so fast! it takes time but trust me the results will come!</description>

		<description>you&#039;ll notice it in the clothes before you notice it on the scale.  get a measuring tape and keep track that way.  because 125 flabby might weigh the same as 125 really fit, but the &quot;fit&quot; body will be tigner and toner and much slimmer looking (i dont know what you&#039;re goal is so this is just a random number).  remember that muscle is more dense that fat is, so if you burn some fat but replace it with muscle, the scale might not move, but like you said you&#039;ll feel it in your clothes.
