Does My Diet And Exercise For Losing Weight Sound Ok To You?
Brisk Walking – Half a KM/day 7 Days/Week
Cycling – 20mins/day -7 Days/Week
I maintain my calorie intake at 1400 or less but not below 1200.
My diet mainly consists of :-
Rye Bread, Wholemeal wheat bread
Milk
Vegetables
Fruits
Rolled Oats
Soy Milk
Fish/Skinless chicken
1 egg a week
3 litres of water a day
I am trying to lose weight, i currently weigh about 220lbs. I need to get off, if not all the excess at least some.
Sounds okay, you always want to eat from the food groups and remember, the slower you loose the weight the better your chances of not gaining it all back.a lot has to do with portion sizes.I might suggest adding a little more variety, since eating the same things will become boring. good luck, I am trying to do the same thing.
Sounds good, but you could bump up your calories a little more and still lose. My wife has lost 50 lbs so far with the Pen and Paper Diet and she still gets to eat the types of foods she likes.
