How Much Calories Should I Eat A Day Day? Am I Eating To Much? How Fast Can I Lose 35 Pounds?
right now i weight 155ish im 5′6 and im 16 i plan to lose about 35 pounds to be 125ish. so i cut my daily calorie to about 1300 i think i should go down to maybe 1200 or 1250 i only exercise 2 times a week. i really want to lose all the weight as soon and as fast as possible i know i have to eat fruits and veggies so i will and drink lots of water which i do….. how fast could i lose the weight by eating 1300 calories a day..or should i go down to 1200 or lower?
please i dont want to try acai berry or other diet pills, tablets, creams, drinks etc.
Women need a minimum of 1200 calories per day. 1300 is pretty good though, but to lose the weight quicker if you are not going to be excercising that much try 1200.

lol it tells you how much you should be eating and your bmi and you can track your weight loss. There is a forum so you can talk to other people to support you and the best is it telling you how much calories you burned and how much you ate.
1500 should be the min. calories. don,t forget that you need carbs and protein.
1300 is not too much. That’s really the bare minimum and I wouldn’t go lower than that. X
You are still growing and you need about 2400 calories a day for your current weight. You also need to exercise more. We all need at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per day! You will do better by eating sufficient calories so that your body matures healthfully, rather than starving yourself for calories. If you cut back on calories, it should be no less than 2200 a day for you. Lots of exercise combined with a proper well balanced diet will cause a gain in muscle as fat is lost and allow you to become the fit and healthy person you want to be.
