Will Eating Apples Make Me Gain Weight?

I eat like 3-5 apples a day along with a low cal diet, but I don’t always include the apples with my calorie intake…

You should count the apples, you would lose more weight faster.
However, apples are very good. They are low in calories, loaded with vitamins, and has very high fiber. So eating the apples is helping you to lose.
