Weight Loss Question. Losing The Last Bit.?

About 3 years ago I was extrememly overweight. My homelife was not the greatest and to protect myself from my mothers violent boyfriend I had to gain weight quickly. I went from 140-180 pounds within a year. Now I am away and trying to lose the weight. I am down to a good weight but still have a bit of fat left to lose. I am having alot of trouble with this last bit. I do an hour minimum of cardio a day with weight training 3-4 days a week. I have also removed all soda/candy from my diet and drink tons of water daily. I have been peeing clearly for months. Is it even possible to lose the weight naturally? I know someone that lost 60+ pounds but they became a tad bit anoxeic. Went on a 1500 calorie a day diet and did 1.5 hours of cardio until becoming a skeleton then started eating normally agian, but they did lose the weight. I dont want to do that but summer is coming and I want to be able to go to the beach for the first time.

Congrats on the weight loss, it’s hard I know. Some things that really helped me put that last bit off was jogging/walking. I used to be a swimmer and swam 6 days a week, never losing a pound. Now I can walk/run for 45 mins about 4 days a week and it sheds off. You can eat more too. Weight training is great to build muscule so maybe you could add in a brisk run (30mins) every other day.
Also it’s great you’re trying to lose weight a natural way, I’m sure your matabolism is much higher than a 1 Meal A Day Dieter.
Some foods I love on a diet are:
    Nature Valley grain bars
    Belfonte yogurts
    Pretzels
    Animal Crackers
    Skinny Cow fudge bars
    Keep on keeping on. :)

Looking for a healthy weight loss program? Of course you are! Millions of people in the United States alone are looking for a healthy weight loss program to help them lose unwanted fat and get much better looking bodies in the meantime. But how do you separate the amazing programs from the “not so amazing” (to put it lightly) programs that are out today? In my opinion the best place to do that is to ask someone who knows a lot about health. That person should practice healthy living
