Where Do Our (female) Bodies Tend To Lose Weight From First? Doing Strength Training And Cardio.?
I am 31 years old and mother of 2. My children are 10 years apart the youngest being 2. I have always had it easy in the weight department. Always remained thin with minimal effort. However, after my 2yr old the weight has not budged. I can’t take it anymore. I am simply not use to my body being this BIG. I am about 40lbs over weight.
I started paying attention to calories, fat grams, and fiber in everything I eat. Drink only water/coffee. Trying for high fiber, lower calorie, and very low fat diet. Also i am exercising like a MOFO. Doing Stott Pilates (mat workout level 2) and tae bo (god punish billy blanks….PLEEEEEASE!!) also walking and yard work. I am exercising DAILY> without faulter.
The first week I lost 4lbs, the second week I didnt get the chance to weigh in. I think i see a difference already, but it may be my mind just wanting to see results. So my question is this…. my arms are one of my places for main concern….can anyone tell me where our bodies tend to lose 1st?
I worked out like a MOFO for a bit, and yes I agree about the Billy Blanks thing…
The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did….lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won’t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don’t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i’m going pretty well if i don’t say myself. 90 LBS isn’t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. in areas where fat deposit is thinner and it wyll take litlle longer fore body parts when fat deposits are litlle thicker

is not gone happened ovenight it will take long time and hard dedicated training and eating program. From what you are rading you are tring to kill yorself to lose weight .Be dedicated but give yorself litlle more time and dont overxcersize i f you everxcersize you vill start burning yours muscles insted of fat .Carbohidrates are what yours body uses for fuel so yf you eat some diet with low carbs yours energy levels may go down So dont eliminate all carbs Just make sure that yours intake of carbs consist of complex carbohdrates (pasta potato fruit) and not sugar simple carbohidrates based food (cokies sodas candy bars etc).Fat is also very inporten part of iours daili food intake so dont eliminate all fat!Water is good for you body will proces water wery eassy but be beware of coffe that is not really good coffe will slow yours water absorcion and slow dovn yours metabolism some study say that cofine will also prevent of obsortions some nutriens from food not good .Drinking loc off coffie cud make you dehadrated. So if you have to have cup better cople hours before yours workout.Try to drink 1 or tvo cups water1 hours before vorkuot .And again after vorkout.To replenish lost water and prevent dehidration. everyones body is different. strength may make you gain weight from muscle and cardio can help you loose fat. You should have a good balance of both.
well everyone is different…usually its a little all over but you’ll notice it most in the place where you last put on weight.
are you working your triceps? that will help tone up your arms faster.
