Should I Diet At All?

According to the BMR calculator + my activity level (above average 2 weeks counting) my calorie intake to maintain my weight is 3660. I don’t eat anywhere near this amount of calories so by dieting I wouldn’t be able to reach anywhere near that. Is there a more accurate way of checking my calorie needs?
I’m 5′9″ and 209lbsI got pics of me on…

You might be eating that and just not know it. Foods can be deceiving when it comes to what people would think the calories are. You also have to think of the drinks and add those calories. If you were not eating that amount then you would be losing weight.
