Is This A Healthy Amount Of Weight To Lose?

3 pounds a week? im 13 and weigh 170+ pounds.
im 5′8″.
heres is how i plan to lose it. my daily schedule for 5 weeks:
1,Eat Breakfast- 90 calorie Low Fat Fruit Yogurt and Water
2.Snack- 100 Calorie granola bar
3.Lunch-Salad (may include tuna or salmon) with cucumbers and a DROP of italian dressing, low fat yogurt, and water.
