Drink water – this does the trick!
Also – it has been found that mooching around between real tasks also speeds up the metabolism.

The only healthy way I know is to eat more and exercise a lot more. I know you don’t want to, but it really is better than not eating very much.
    EDIT:
Kate posted that smoking increases your metabolism…… neither smoking cigarettes nor smoking marijuana will increase your metabolism. Nicotine will suppress your appetite, but eating less might also make your metabolism slow down more. THC increases your appetite so you might end up eating more, but neither affect metabolism.

Hey CELERY, you need to eat small portions of food about 6 times throughout the day. it will keep you feeling full and trick your body to think that you are not starving. Oh yeah if you eat plain celery you will lose more calories because it take more energy to eat a stick of celery than whats contained in one.

Eat 6 small meals a day. You don’t have to eat MORE calories, you just need to spread them out throughout the day.
Smoking also works to increase your metabolism, but it’s not good for your long-term health.

Eat light meals throughout the day and if your not eating that much fill up on water. If you feel low on energy because of your low cal diet eat a spoon full of Peanut Butter.
