What’s A Good Meal Plan/diet For A 17 Year Old Boy????

I’m 17, i’m 5”4′ <– yea i'm short, i'm 130 lbs
i play tennis and swim occasionally
what is a good calorie intake/ meal plan for me???
i'm not at all fat, just trying to tone up my body more

    just eat 3 healthy meals per day and work out doing cardio and weights 3-5 times per week.

    Just keep fit and do all your sports and go to the time 3-4 times a week.
    And just eat 3 big healthy meals per day and don’t snack in between :)
