For adult females – Multiply body weight by 10; add the body weight to this value.
    [i.e., for a 120 lb female, 1,200 + 120=1,320 cal/day
The Harris-Benedict formula is one of the best ways to determine your BMR:
    Adult Female: 655 + (4.3 x weight in lbs.) + (4.7 x height in inches) – (4.7 x age in years)
    Adult Male: 66 + (6.3 x body weight in lbs.) + (12.9 x height in inches) – (6.8 x age in years) http://www.micronutra.com/journal/weight…
For losing weight, cardio workouts. Run, jogg, go up and down the stairs, ride a bike, go swimming.
Eat breakfast, lunhc and dinner (dinner before 8:00pm)
Less carbs, more veggies, real fruit juices (pomegranate, oranage, cranberry).
