Doesn’t sound like you are getting enough calories. You should aim for no less then 1500 calories a day, 50% carbs, 20-30% protien. If you are getting less then 1200 calories a day you could be doing more harm then good. Your body will go into starvation mode and at that point and you will start to lose lean body mass and gain fat.
