How Much Weight Should I Lose If I Eat 900 Calories A Day And Go To The Gym 5 Times A Week… ?
and burn 800 calories in each session. I started this diet end of october and have lost a stone so far. Gone down a trouser size aswell. I weighed 12 stone 12lbs but now weigh 11 stone 12lbs. Just want to know what will my weight loss be if i continue this for say another 2 weeks..

You would probably lose another 3 to 5 pounds. You need to gradually increase your calories because you are in danger of putting it all back on very quickly as soon as you begin eating again. You are not eating enough. You should be eating at least 1200 calories a day.
10-11 stone is a healthy wieght you dont really want to go under that or your entering the size-0 zone and thats not a good place to be, they eat next to nothing and have an energy level that reflects it.
It’s difficult to answer the question with out know what kind of things you are eating though, as everything contains calories, but also fat , protien, carbs… the more you spoead your meals out the slimer you will become too, as your food will digest better.

Keep up the exercise, but increase your calorie intake (slowly!) to about 1600-1700 per day. Also, remember to avoid sugars as much as possible, and also keep the fat and carbs less. Lots of water and vegetables and try to avoid red meat as much as possible as well. Just make sure to eat healthy and avoid junk and fast food.
This diet is going to make you ill. You burn approx 1000 calories anyway simply by existing per day. Eating less than this even without exercise would make you poorly, but going to the gym 5 times a week is dangerous. You run the risk of making yourself seriously ill.
