How Long For Diet Results?

Im starting a new diet. I am eating less and 1500 calories a day and bike riding/running daily. If im 5′5 and 127 lbs how long should it take to start seeing results?

    I honestly don’t see why you feel the need to lose weight. If you mean you want to tone up and get in shape than that’s great. You seem to be at your “ideal weight” already.
    If your goal is to get in shape, than you might actually gain a few pounds but you will likely gain muscle weight, not fat, which will result in your body looking much better.
    You will LOOK thinner, but you will weigh more (maybe). Your BF% will likely be lower.
    Just eat healthy foods that don’t clog your arteries and foods that keep you hydrated. And don’t forget about resistance training.

    you can reduce your weight, if you could go for a walking & running exercise ( running as much as you can & then walking fast ) for 5 – 6 times / week each of 35 minutes, either in the early morning or in the evening.
    AND
    Without diet program, you can easily lose 2 kg. after the first week, I tried it myself.

    Essentially you should start to feel firmer and tighter within 3-4 days after about 2-4 weeks you will start to see a significant diffrence.
    Make sure to space your meals out 4-6 small meals a day. Do not eat breakfast then dinner you will never lose weight your body will hold on to kind of like a bear going in to hibernation.

    Well if your exercise is at least 20 to 30 minutes per day and at a pace where your heart rate is between 117 to 135, you will definitely see results in 3 weeks.
    However jogging is better if you do not want to develop calves that might be too muscular if you are a lady.

    you dont need to diet your not fat !!
    youll feel the difference within a few days but wont beabel to see it tell 3-4 weeks !!

    it isn’t practical to lose weight when you weigh only 127lbs at 5′5! hello, skinny!
