To Put On Weight And Lose Fat, How Is My Diet! Please Help!?

-I eat 500 calories more than my daily allowance.
-I do about 20-25 min of cardio a day, 1-2 miles running
-I lift for size low reps 2-3 times a week
-my diet consists almost exclusively of oatmeal, tunafish, peanut butter sandwiches, milk, and other things mixed in such as vegetables. I do not drink soda, have ALOT of protein bars, drink alot of water.

    You need a calorie surplus to add weight and a calorie deficit to lose fat, so lol. Bulk or cut. If you want to add legit muscle, you have to add fat too, there are ways around it, but it takes way longer and its much more annoying. If you want to lose fat, then you eat less and your body turns to fat and muscle for energy (mostly fat, but some muscle loss happens).
    It’s much smarter to just eat and lift heavy, get big now, then cut in a few months so you look good for summer.
    Eat like around 20 times your bodyweight, 1-1.5 g protein per lb bodyweight, eat chicken and egg whites. Go to http://bodybuilding.com to get more advice on it.
